How I photograph weddings
Real Moments, Not Endless Posing
Most of the day, I keep out of the way and photograph what genuinely happens. I don't want to take you away from your guests for ages or make your wedding feel like one long photoshoot. When it's time for portraits, we'll keep things easy and relaxed.

We'll Plan the Day Together
Before the wedding, we'll have a chat by phone or video to go through timings, family group photos and anything that's especially important to you.
Carefully Edited Photographs
I edit the photographs myself, keeping colours rich, skin tones natural and the atmosphere of your wedding intact.
Your Own Online Gallery
Download and share your high-resolution photographs through an online gallery. Your friends and family can also order prints.
Print Your Photos Freely
You receive printing rights to your wedding photographs, so you can create your own albums and prints wherever you prefer.
Travel Included Locally
The package prices include travel within 50 miles of NG16. For weddings further away, I'll confirm any additional travel arrangements in advance.
Reliable, Experienced Coverage
I photograph weddings with two cameras and backup equipment, and use multiple backups to help keep the images safe after your day.

Having a Small Wedding?
Not everyone wants a photographer for the entire day. Some of my favourite weddings have been smaller, more relaxed ceremonies with just a handful of family and friends.
My two-hour package is designed for exactly that. We can usually cover the arrivals, the ceremony, congratulations and a little time for family and couple photographs afterwards — depending on your schedule and your venue's rules.

Send me your wedding date, venue and a few details about the day. I'll check availability and help you decide which package fits.

A £100 deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

I'll photograph the day as it unfolds. Your finished online gallery is normally ready in four to six weeks.

How much does a Nottingham wedding photographer cost?
My wedding photography packages start at £350 for two hours. Half-day coverage is £650 for four hours, and full-day coverage starts at £1,150. The best option depends on how much of your day you'd like photographed.
What can you photograph in two hours?
Often, a two-hour booking can include guest arrivals, your ceremony, congratulations, family photographs and a short set of couple portraits. The exact amount depends on the schedule, location and any ceremony restrictions.
Do you take traditional family photographs?
Absolutely. Although my approach is mostly documentary, I'm happy to organise family group photos. A short list of your must-have groups helps us keep things quick and relaxed.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Travel within 50 miles of NG16 is included in my listed prices. If your venue is further away, I'll discuss any additional costs before you book.
How many wedding photographs will we receive?
The half-day package includes a minimum of 400 edited photographs, and full-day coverage includes a minimum of 600. The number from a two-hour wedding varies with the ceremony and schedule, but I'll make sure you have a good record of the moments we cover.
When will we receive our wedding photos?
My usual turnaround is four to six weeks. You'll receive an online gallery with high-resolution photographs ready to download and share.
How do we book, and is there a deposit?
Contact me with your wedding date and venue. If I'm available, a £100 deposit secures the booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding.
