Summer came early for this February wedding, and a sunny winter wedding might be my favourite (although I would probably say this about any sunny day). There is something about an unusually warm winters day, it feels special, like an unexpected treat. However, every time I have been to The West Mill wedding venue the weather has been nice, not that I would mind a less than a clement day at The West Mill. The vintage and industrial style decor and furniture makes it a cool and interesting venue to explore and photograph. The point is, The West Mill oozes atmosphere and quality and from its elevated position of the top floor, offers great views over River Derwent in Derby It was an intimate and relaxed day, which is just what Ruth and James wanted.
