I had the absolute pleasure of capturing the wedding of Tegan and James at Weddings on Pudding Pie Hill. The ceremony itself took place outdoors at Weddings on Pudding Pie Hill, an absolutely brilliant venue that sits atop a hill, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
The Peak District was the perfect backdrop for their couple shots. With the rugged rocks of Curbar Edge and the expansive views stretching out across the valley, the couple felt right at home. It was such a joy to photograph them in a place I know so well and to spend time with a couple who share my passion for hiking. Back at the venue, the evening unfolded with beautiful speeches, delicious food, and dancing under the stars. The couple and their guests enjoyed a relaxed, joyful celebration that was as much about enjoying each other's company as it was about appreciating the stunning Peak District views.
From the bride’s preparation in Bakewell to the ceremony at Weddings on Pudding Pie Hill and the couple photos at Curbar Edge, every moment felt perfectly in tune with the couples personality. It was a day full of love, laughter, and adventure— i'm so pleased to have been there to capture it all.
